Mr. Tourso joined EDEN Property Company in 2003 and was responsible for site acquisitions, leasing and construction on numerous Walgreens development projects located throughout New Jersey. During his tenure at EDEN, Mr. Tourso expanded business development opportunities and trained all office staff.
Prior to 1996 Mr. Tourso owned and operated an automotive parts business in Hudson County, New Jersey (JERSEY AUTO STORES) for 15 years. Mr. Tourso resides in Glen Rock, New Jersey. He is married with one child and his interests include family and martial arts. In 1994 Mr. Liebowitz left RJ Harris and went into business for himself buying and investing in multiple shopping centers as well as developing shopping centers for his own portfolio and net worth. Mr. Liebowitz continues to develop centers and looks forward to passing his expertise onto his aspiring son, Jordan Liebowitz.
In addition to owning a wide array of real estate, Mr. Liebowitz is also an Owner and co-Operator of a retail pet superstore called “Pet Goods” who currently have 3 locations in Paramus, NJ, Roxbury, NJ and Scarsdale, NY. These stores range from 15,000sf to 18,000sf and generate combined total revenue of $15M per year. Their 4th location, currently under construction, is estimated to generate an additional $5M. Mr. Liebowitz has a yellow lab, Jake who is the stores biggest fan!
Mr. Liebowitz currently resides in Wyckoff, NJ just minutes from COREMARK’s office with his wife and son.
